摘要
Abstract
Disfiguring skin diseases refer to skin diseases that cause facial damage due to a variety of factors,such skin diseases not only affect the beauty of the human body,but also damage mental health,and the brain-gut-skin axis refers to the interaction between the psychological state,intestinal microecology and skin diseases.The incidence of disfiguring skin diseases mostly involves Liver and Spleen disfunction.Liver stagnation,blood deficiency and Spleen weakness are the key factors of the disease.When the Liver Qi is staggered,the Qi and blood are stagnant,the Spleen is not healthy,the nutrition cannot be infused,and the source of Qi and blood would be insufficient and the skin would lose its glory and nourishment,and eventually various clinical symptoms would appear.The connec-tion among the Liver,the Spleen,the gut and the skin are the same as that in the brain-gut-skin axis theory.In clinical treatment of disfiguring skin diseases modified Xiaoyao Powder can be used to soothe the Liver and relieve depression,and to nourish blood and strengthen the Spleen,which can not only eliminate skin lesions but also improve mood condition,with remarkable clinical effect.关键词
