基于"一气周流"理论探析从胆胃同调论治慢性萎缩性胃炎
Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis from Perspective of Gallbladder-Stomach Coordination Based on"Yi Qi Zhou Liu"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Chronic atrophic gastritis begins with internal stagnation of pathogenic factors,damaging the Middle Jiao,and over time it leads to disordered transformation,where the Stomach Qi fails to descend normally,resulting in persistent and difficult-to-treat condi-tions,which is closely related to emotional factors.Therefore,it can be treated from the perspective of Gallbladder-Stomach coordina-tion based on theory of"Yi Qi Zhou Liu".The focus of the treatment is to regulate the Qi mechanism and restore the form and quality of the body,reviving the function of Qi transformation in the Middle Jiao.The treatment method should be descending the inversed Qi and harmonizing the Stomach Qi as well as benefiting the Gallbladder and dredging the Fu to adjusts the Qi mechanism of the Gallblad-der and Stomach.If the pathogenic factor is abundant,descend and clear the Gallbladder and Stomach to eliminate the Evil Factor.If there is a deficiency,dredging method can be used as tonifying way to aid transformation,restoring the normal ascent and descent of Qi,blood,and Fluid,aiming to restore the physiological function of the Stomach and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,ultimately in-terrupting the progression of the disease.关键词
