肠源性内毒素血症在慢加急性肝衰竭中的病程演变与临证治疗
Evolution and Clinical Treatment of Acute and Chronic Liver Failure in Enterogenic Endotoxemia
摘要
Abstract
Acute and chronic liver failure is the end-stage stage of various liver diseases.The disease is ferocious with rapid change.According to its clinical manifestations and pathogenesis,it can be classified into the category of Liver Bi in traditional Chinese medi-cine,and enterogenic endotoxemia is the core factor leading to the occurrence and development of acute and chronic liver failure,which is consistent with the concept of"Tendon Bi"in traditional Chinese medicine.Repeated injury of the Evil Factors would cause the Liv-er disease based on the perspective of Tendon Bi to Liver Bi.Chronic and acute liver failure occurs due to the Evil Factors of Toxin and Heat as well as the transmitting of the both to Yangming,Shaoyang and Taiyin along the meridians,resulting in the obstruction of qi and blood in the tendon and the meridians and eventually the liver Bi.It is always a mixture of deficiency and excess in syndrome,with the latter being the main case.The clinical treatment method should be the Clearing method,with the method of"purging,eliminating and warming"as the aiding method.According to the changes in the course of the disease and the conditions of the deficiency and excess,the medication can be adjusted.In the period of Toxin and Heat induced Bi syndrome,clearing method and purging method should be used at the same time;in period of stasis and Toxin induced Bi syndrome,clearing method and eliminating method can be applied in combination;During the period of Qi deficiency induced Bi syndrome,clearing method and warming method can be used at the same time.关键词
