曹炳章《暑病证治要略》述评
Commentary on Cao Bingzhang's Shu Bing Zheng Zhi Yao Lue
摘要
Abstract
This study on Shu Bing Zheng Zhi Yao Lue explores four aspects of the nature,onset,classification and differentiation of sum-mer Heat Evil Factor.The book has the following characteristics in understanding summer Heat diseases:(1)Rigorous in verification the nature of it and the contentious issues regarding the severity of summer Heat Evil Factor,summer Heat Dampness,symptoms,and the conditions of Zheng Qi and the Evil Factor are elaborately distinguished.(2)Detailed analysis of its transmission.The onset of sum-mer Heat Evil Factor,either being directly injured by exposure or via skin pores,or transmission between Wei Qi and Ying blood,or be-ing affecting the Three Jiao and meridians through inhalation,or Three Jiao and Muyuan related disease due to latent summer Heat Evil Factor injury.(3)Clear in classification.Four types of summer Heat diseases are listed as follows:summer Heat injury,summer Heat stroke,summer Heat Dampness,and latent summer Heat injury and typhoid fever in the summer Heat month are distinguished in detail.(4)Differentiation classification.Meridian treatment combining meridian differentiation with the differentiation of the Three Jiao as well as Wei Qi and Ying blood differentiation are integrated for the first time,to create a detailed typology for treatment of summer Heat dis-ease.关键词
