中医药调控肿瘤相关成纤维细胞治疗食管癌的研究进展
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Regulating Tumor Associated Fibroblasts in Treatment of Esophageal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Cancer associated fibroblasts(CAFs)are the main component cells of the tumor microenvironment.They participate in the occurrence,development,invasion,metastasis,vascular regeneration,and immune escape of tumors by activating signaling pathways such as transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)/nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)and mediating extracellular matrix(ECM)remodeling.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantage of multi-target and multi pathway regulation in the treatment of esophageal cancer.It can effectively inhibit tumor cell proliferation,migration,and invasion by targeting CAFs,and has the effects of reducing toxicity,enhancing efficacy,and reversing treatment resistance.Current research has mainly focused on the specific molecular mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in reversing tumor chemotherapy resistance and chemoradiotherapy resistance.In the future,it is necessary to further elucidate the intrinsic mechanisms and targets of traditional Chi-nese medicine intervention in tumor progression,providing new ideas for early detection and precise intervention of esophageal cancer.关键词
