中医药调控NF-κB信号通路治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的研究进展
Research Progress of Chinese Medicine in Regulating NF-κB Signaling Pathway in Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection
摘要
Abstract
Nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)is a central regulatory factor in host response to microbial infections,involved in oxida-tive stress,inflammatory response,cell proliferation,and gastric mucosal epithelial cell damage in Hp infection related gastric diseases.It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Research shows that alkaloids,flavonoids and other mon-omer components of traditional Chinese medicine,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Sanren Decoction and other traditional Chinese medicines,as well as Jinghua Weikang Jiaowan,Weifuchun and other traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,can inhibit the expression of NF-κB p65,MyD88,I-RAK and other proteins by regulating the NF-κB signal pathway,reduce the release of proin-flammatory factors such as TNF-α,IL-1 β,thereby reducing the inflammatory reaction and gastric mucosal damage caused by oxida-tive stress,and have significant effects in improving the eradication rate of Hp and improving clinical symptoms.At present,there is still insufficient research on the regulation of NF-κB signaling pathway by traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hp infection,such as the need to clarify the transmission,interaction,and cross regulation mechanisms between different targets and pathways;Some experimental designs are not rigorous enough and lack signal pathway inhibitors or activators as controls.Subsequent studies can verify the positive and negative effects by inhibiting or activating the NF-κB signaling pathway;Current research mainly focuses on animal and cell experiments.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the standardization and normalization of experimental design,as well as in vitro and clinical trials,conduct evidence-based medicine research,and promote the transformation of basic research results.关键词
