中医药调控NF-κB信号通路治疗特应性皮炎研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis by Regulating NF-κB Signaling Pathway
摘要
Abstract
Nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)is involved in the regulation of atopic dermatitis through the regulation of Th2-type im-mune homeostasis,regulation of inflammatory response,regulation of oxidative stress,etc.,and traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)monomers and their combinations can alleviate the inflammatory response of atopic dermatitis,promote the recovery of the skin barrier,and improve atopic dermatitis-like skin lesions through the targeted regulation of the NF-κB signaling pathway.atopic dermatitis by targeting the NF-κB signaling pathway,promoting skin barrier recovery,and improving atopic dermatitis-like lesions.The efficacy of Chinese medicine based on the NF-κB pathway in preventing and treating atopic dermatitis is precise and potentially valuable,and tar-geting the NF-κB pathway may be a new way to prevent and treat this disease.However,the current research mainly focuses on basic research in animals and cells,and clinical trials on large samples need to be strengthened;the NF-κB pathway is related to Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(nuclear factor E2),and other fac-tors,and the NF-κB pathway is also related to TLR4 and MAPK,Nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor(Nrf2),high mobility group box protein1(HMGB1)/the Receptor of Advanced Glycation Endproducts(RAGE),NOD-like receptor protein domain associat-ed protein(NLRP3)and other signaling pathways interaction on atopic dermatitis needs to be clarified;Chinese medicine single active ingredients and the effect target point is complex,the specific efficacy of Chinese medicine.The active ingredients and targets of tradi-tional Chinese medicine are complex,and the molecular biological mechanism of specific pharmacodynamics has not been determined,which needs to be verified by many experiments,in order to provide an effective reference for the clinical use of drugs and related re-search.关键词
