钩藤调控相关信号通路防治癫痫研究进展
Research Progress of Gouteng(Uncaria Rhynchophylla)in Regulating Signaling Pathways Against Epilepsy
摘要
Abstract
Uncaria rhynchophylla and its active ingredients can regulate mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),Toll-like receptor(TLR),nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),RAGE,SIRT1/p53/Caspase-3,SIRT1/Nrf2 and other signaling pathways,play a role in re-ducing inflammatory response,anti-oxidative stress,inhibition of microglia activation,inhibition of apoptosis,inhibition of NMDA re-ceptors and neuronal excitability,etc.,to prevent and control epilepsy efficacy is better,the broad prospects for application,to prevent and control epilepsy,the development of potent medications and innovative therapeutic ideas to provide certain Reference.Currently,there are still some limitations in the research of Uncaria rhynchophylla against epilepsy,such as the research of Uncaria rhynchophylla targeting signaling pathways for epilepsy treatment focuses on the classical pathway,and the pathways such as RAGE,SIRT1/p53/Caspase-3 have not yet been fully explored,and there is a lack of targeting research on the mechanism of Uncaria rhynchophylla regu-lating the above pathways for the treatment of epilepsy;the animal model is relatively single,and it is necessary to carry out a study on the different epileptic pathogenic mechanisms.There is an urgent need to construct diversified models from different epilepsy pathogene-sis,such as canines and invertebrates;clinical studies are relatively few,and the safe and effective dosage of Uncaria rhynchophylla,its potential molecular toxicological mechanism and adverse effects need to be verified;(4),the mechanism of different signaling pathways needs to be further explored,so as to give full play to the advantages of Chinese traditional medicine in multi-targets,multi-pathways,and multi-level,and to provide a stronger basis for the prevention and treatment of epilepsy and a new way of thinking for the study.关键词
