Guo Lizhong Treating Diabetic Kidney Disease from Perspective of Tonifying Yang
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease is related to Yang deficiency induced Three Jiao disease,especially the deficiency of the lower Yuan Yang induced excessive Yin and Cold and the floating of the deficiency Yang.In addition,Yang deficiency and weak Wei Qi lead to vul-nerability to external Evil Factors.Therefore,in clinical practice,methods,such as tonifying Yang and treating from perspective of Three Jiao with warming and dredging methods and then taking care of the Middle Earth,and then sealing the marrow of the latent Yng,can be applied,to replenish the Kidney and fill the Essence.Besides,these steps should be taken accordingly and flexibly.The onset of diabetic kidney disease is mostly due to external Evil Factors,with foamy urine as the main symptom.therefore,methods of warming and disper-sing the surface Evil Factor and dispelling the Evil Factor outside,with modified Guizhi Decoction,should be used to avoid the entering of the Evil Factor.In the middle phase of the disease,if the external Evil Factor has gone,taking care of the Middle Jiao by the tonifying Yang in the middle.When the Spleen is healthy,the Dampness,Turbidity and stasis and other Evil Factors would be eliminated.The treatment method should be tonifying Yang with sweet and warm drugs as well as harmonizing the Stomach to reduce the Qi inversion,in which modified Fuzi Lizhong Decoction can be used.In a word,the root of diabetic kidney disease deficiency lies in the Kidney.When Kidney Yang is insufficient,Yin would be excessive,which would causes Yang floating,therefore,it is advisable to seal the Yang and safe the marrow.When the Yuan Yang is sufficient,the Yin and Cold would be transformed,in which Qianyang Fengsui Pill can be used.关键词
