Jiang Liangduo's Experience in Treating Lung Cancer from Perspective of Patient's Physical State
摘要
Abstract
Treatment from patient's physical state means to collect and summarize various information elements of patients to compre-hensively analyze the body state of the patient,flexibly identify the syndrome,and grasp the complex pathogenesis of the disease,i.e.,the basic pathogenesis,the current pathogenesis,and the potential pathogenesis.The basic pathomechanism of lung cancer is deficiency of Zheng Qi,interconnection of Phlegm and stasis as well as erosion of cancerous Toxin.When treating lung cancer,we should give equal importance to supporting the Zheng Qi and dispelling the evil factors and consider the different degrees of Phlegm and stasis.The meth-ods of resolving Phlegm and dispelling stasis,dredging the Three Jiao,and anticancer detoxification should be carried out all the way through the treatment.In view of the basic disease mechanism,the treatment methods of tonifying and supporting the Zheng Qi,resolving Phlegm and dispersing stagnation,promoting Qi and blood circulation as well as anticancer detoxification are adopted.At the same time,it is necessary to differentiate the main and secondary issue based on the current disease mechanism;for case of deficiency,it is neces-sary to identify the disease position of the Lung and Spleen and the deficiency of Qi,blood as well as Yin and Yang;for case of excess,it is necessary to differentiate the degree of stagnation of Qi,Phlegm,blood stasis and Toxin.In terms of treatment from perspective of Three Jiao,the principle is to regulate the Qi activity and solve the Qi stagnation state of Three Jiao.关键词
