保肾通络方对糖尿病肾脏病气阴两虚兼血瘀证患者炎症因子、iNOS及HIF-1α的影响
Effect of Baoshen Tongluo Formula on Inflammatory Factors,iNOS,and HIF-1α in Patients with Diabetic Kidney Disease with Qi and Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Baoshen Tongluo Formula on diabetic kidney disease(DKD)patients with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and its effects on inflammatory factors and hypoxia-inducible factors.Methods:60 DKD patients with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 30 cases.The control group received basic treatment,while the observation group was treated with Baoshen Tongluo Formula in additional to that of the control group's treatment,with both groups being treated for 12 weeks.The levels of blood creati-nine,urea,glycosylated hemoglobin,24-hour urine protein quantification(24 h-UP),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1 β(IL-1β),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)were compared before and after treatment,alongside TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy.Results:(1)The effective rate of the observation group was 83.33％(25/30),while the effective rate of the control group was 53.33％(16/30).The compari-son of the effective rates between the two groups showed a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).(2)After treatment,the Chi-nese medicine symptom scores in both groups significantly decreased(P＜0.05).The total symptom score in the observation group was(11.93±5.73),which was lower than that of the control group during the same period(P＜0.05).(3)After treatment,the 24-hour urinary protein(24h-UP)levels in the observation group significantly decreased(P＜0.05);the 24h-UP in the observation group was 1.30(1.05,2.11)g,which was lower than that of the control group during the same period,with a statistically significant differ-ence(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group significantly decreased(P＜0.05);the TNF-α in the observation group was(86.13±15.49)ng·L-1,which was lower than that of the control group during the same period(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of iNOS and HIF-1 α in the observation group significantly decreased(P＜0.05);the iNOS in the observation group was(2.93±1.35)μg·L-1,which was lower than that of the control group during the same period(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Baoshen Tongluo Formula shows significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of DKD patients with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,effectively reducing patients' 24h-UP,relieving Chinese medicine symptoms as well as downregulating TNF-α,IL-6,and iNOS levels.关键词
