清肺蠲饮汤联合穴位外敷治疗小儿肺炎
Qingfei Juanyin Decoction Combined with Acupoint External Application in Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and impact of Qingfei Zhuanyin Decoction combined with acupoint external application in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods:A total of 80 pediatric pneumonia patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Qingfei Zhuanyi Decoction combined with acupoint external application on the basis of the treatment pro-vided to the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 week.Clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory cells[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT)],immune function(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and improvement in condition(SMART-COP score)were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 95.00％(38/40),while the control group had an effective rate of 80.00％(32/40),indicating that the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,and PCT in both groups of children were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group had lower levels of these indicators compared to the control group at the same time(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups of children were higher than those before treatment,while CD8+was lower than before(P＜0.05);the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the same time,and CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms score and SMART-COP score in both groups of children were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05);the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms score and SMART-COP score in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group at the same time(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qinglung Quanyin Decoction combined with acupuncture point application shows significant clinical efficacy in treating pediatric pneumonia,can significantly reduce children's inflammatory levels,regulate their immune function,and lower the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms score and SMART-COP score.关键词
