摘要

Abstract

The reliable performance of support personnel is an important factor to ensure the safety and efficiency of ammunition equipment support,through comprehensive analysis and discussion of human errors,human reliability is further improved and human errors are reduced.Based on a specific case,HFACS and SHELLO models are comprehensively applied to construct an indicator system for human error analysis,DEMATEL and ANP algorithms are integrated to obtain the comprehensive weights and ranking of indicator factors,using cloud model is utilized to determine the level of human error security risk.The practicality and validity of data models have been verified through case calculation,which can accurately analyze the causes of human errors and evaluate security risks,it is an effective comprehensive analysis method of human errors.
