功能性电刺激联合体感模拟训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的康复效果
Rehabilitation effect of functional electrical stimulation combined with somatosensory simulation training for patients with post-stroke hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of functional electrical stimulation(FES)and synsensory simulation training(SST)on balance ability,upper and lower limb motor function and independent living ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods Totally 206 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 103 cases in each group.The reference group was treated by FES,while the combined group was given FES combined with SST.The surface electromyography(RMS),psychological status(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA;Hamilton depression scale,HAMD),balance ability(postural assessment scale,PASS;Berg balance scale,BBS),upper and lower limb motor function(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA),independent living ability(modified Barthel index,MBI),quality of life(stroke-specific quality of life scale,SS-QOL)and gait parameters(step length,step speed and step frequency)were compared before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results The RMS level,HAMA score and HAMD score in the two groups were decreased after 8 weeks of treatment,and the above indicators in the combined group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The PASS score,BBS score,FMA score,MBI score,SS-QOL score,step length,step speed and step frequency were significantly increased in both groups,and the above indicators were higher in the combined group than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion FES combined with SST for patients with post-stroke hemiplegia can effectively enhance the balance ability,upper and lower limb motor ability and independent living ability,and it is helpful to improve the quality of life.关键词
