大脑中动脉狭窄或闭塞脑梗死患者FLAIR血管高信号征与预后及认知电位P300的相关性
Correlation between FLAIR vascular hyperintensity sign and prognosis as well as cognitive potential P300 in patients with middle cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion-related cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between FLAIR vascular hyperintensity sign(FVH)and prognosis,as well as cognitive potential P300 in patients with cerebral infarction caused by middle cerebral artery(MCA)stenosis or occlusion.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 49 patients with acute cerebral infarction within 48 hours of onset.All patients had MCA stenosis or occlusion and had not undergone intravenous thrombolysis or/and revascularization therapy.According to the FVH-ASPECT score,the patients were divided into low FVH score group(≤ 2 points)and high FVH score group(≥3 points).General information,ischemic stroke risk factors,imaging data,cognitive potential P300,etc.were collected.The NIHSS score was used to assess neurological deficits at admission and discharge,and the modified Rankin scale(mRS)was used to evaluate the short-term outcomes of patients 90 days after discharge.Results At 14 days,NIHSS score between the FVH low score group and the FVH high score group showed no statistically significant difference(10.33±3.02 vs 12.43±4.60,P>0.05).At 90 days,the mRS score of 0-2 was significantly higher in the FVH low score group compared to the FVH high score group(57.1% vs 28.6%,P<0.05).The cognitive potential P300 latency in the FVH low score group was shorter than in the FVH high score group(478.14±24.80 vs 509.39±14.74),and the amplitude in the FVH low score group was higher than that in the FVH high score group(5.90(5.70,6.05)vs 5.35(5.03,5.50)),the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The FVH sign may serve as an imaging feature for predicting short-term prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction caused by MCA stenosis or occlusion.Patients with a broad range of FVH signs tend to have a better short-term prognosis and better cognitive function.关键词
