非传统血脂参数与颈动脉粥样硬化的研究进展
Research progress of non-traditional blood lipid parameters and carotid atherosclerosis

Abstract
Atherosclerotic disease is a hot issue of global concern,and the main reason is dyslipidemia.In recent years,the incidence of dyslipidemia in the Chinese population has significantly increased.Lipid management targeting serum LDL-C levels has achieved certain therapeutic effects,but the effect is not ideal.It is expected that more sensitive parameters will be used as lipid-lowering targets to further reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.More and more studies have shown that non-traditional lipid parameters,including non high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and multiple lipid ratios,lipid ratios,including non-HDL-C/HDL-C,TC/HDL-C,TG/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C and ApoB/ApoAI,also contain information on atherogenic and anti-atherosclerotic particles,and have been proved to be related to carotid atherosclerosis,but its role in carotid atherosclerosis is still unclear.This article reviews the relationship between non-traditional lipid parameters and carotid atherosclerosis.关键词
