摘要

Abstract

To screen candidate strains for the development of functional microbial inoculants,this study used the plate culture method and Mo sb anti-colorimetry method to isolate phosphate-solubilizing bacteria from 150 phyllospheric bacterial isolates.Morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties,as well as 16S rDNA and gyrB gene sequence analysis were used to ascertain their taxonomic status.Furthermore,nitrogen fixation capability,antibacterial activity,and siderophile production were assessed.The results showed that 45 strains were selected from the 150 Phyllotropic bacteria.Among these,strain G13-2 exhibited the strongest phosphorus-solubilizing capacity,demonstrating a transparent circle radius of 7.63 mm after 7 days of culture and a phosphorus solubilization content of 49.67 mg·L-1 after 144 hours of incubation.On nutrient agar(NA)plate,colonies of strain G13-2 appeared white,round,moist,and slightly raised.The strain utilized glucose,raffinose,L-rhamnose monohydrate,D-cellobiose,sorbitol,and glycerol,and tested positive for catalase activity,methyl red reaction,and fructan production.Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA and gyrB gene sequences demonstrated that strain G13-2 clustered distinctly with Klebsiella aerogenes,confirming its classification as K.aerogenes.Strain G13-2 displayed antibacterial activity against Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum isolated from tomato,tobacco,pepper,sweet potato,and ginger,and could produce siderophores.These findings demonstrated that K.aerogenes strain G13-2 possesses dual functionalities of phosphorus solubilization and antibacterial activity against R.pseudosolanacearum,highlighting its potential application prospects.
