花生中镰刀菌抗性相关WRKY转录因子的挖掘及功能分析
Mining and Functional Analysis of Fusarium Resistance-Related WRKY Transcription Factors in Peanut

Abstract
Peanut diseases such as stem rot and pod rot caused by Fusarium infection seriously re-strict the development of peanut industry.The excavation of Fusarium resistance genes and the culti-vation of new resistant varieties have become urgent problems to be solved.In this study,transcrip-tome sequencing was used to dig up differentially expressed genes in peanut seedlings(Huayu20)in-oculated with Fusarium oxysporum(PPRF-05).31 WRKY transcription factors induced by Fusarium were identified through methods such as transcription factor prediction and functional annotation.These 31 transcription factors were classified and functionally characterized using multiple sequence a-lignment,conserved motif analysis,GO classification,KEGG enrichment analysis,and protein-protein interaction network analysis.The results showed that all 31 WRKY transcription factors were up-regulate ex-pressed after Fusarium infection.Based on structural domain characteristics,the 31 transcription factors were classified into three groups:Group Ⅰ with 4 TFs,Group Ⅱ with 18 TFs,and Group Ⅲ with 9 TFs.In the plant-pathogen interaction pathway,4 WRKY transcription factors were found interacting with VQ proteins and were co-enriched in the plant MAPK cascade pathway.This study provides new directions for the explora-tion and functional analysis of Fusarium resistance-related genes and lays the foundation for subsequent work on elucidating the resistance regulatory network mechanisms in peanut.关键词
