彩色花生种质资源遗传多样性综合评价
Comprehensive Evaluation on Genetic Diversity of Color Peanut Germplasms

Abstract
Peanut is an important oil-bearing and cash crop in China,with approximately 50%of produc-tion utilized for edible oil extraction and 40%for various food products.Color peanuts refer to varieties with black,red,white or variegating color testa.Color peanut was known as a kind of high-class edible peanut,exhibiting strong market demand and significant economic returns.In this study,158 color peanut germplasm resources and 50 normal pink peanut germplasm resources were collected from both domestic and inter-national sources.Phenotypic identification was conducted through 10 traits,including seed testa color and seed length.Statistical analysis revealed that the coefficient of variation among all traits ranged from 12.15%to 35.14%,with 100-kernel mass,color index,seed area,and area ratio,showing coef-ficients of variation greater than 20%.The genetic diversity index ranged from 7.61 to 7.69,indicating abundant genetic diversity within the germplasms.Correlation analysis showed that 100-kernel mass was positively correlated with seed length,width,area,diameter,circumference,and other related traits,with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.50 to 0.96.Cluster analysis grouped the germ-plasms into four categories:Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ consisted mainly of small-grain accessions with average 100-kernel masses of 50.51 g and 34.29 g,respectively,while Groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were primarily large-grain accessions with average 100-kernel masses of 68.24 g and 84.66 g,respectively.Principal compo-nent analysis(PCA)indicated that the cumulative contribution rate of the first four principal compo-nents was 99.09%.The first principal component primarily reflected seed size and mass,the second reflected seed shape,and the third reflected seed testa color.These findings provide a comprehensive understanding of seed testa color,seed size,shape,and other related traits in color peanut germ-plasms.The results also serve as a valuable resource for future breeding programs aiming at the devel-opment of new color peanut varieties.关键词
