摘要

Abstract

A total of 60 high-generation(M12)stable mutants obtained by physical and chemical mutagenesis of peanut Yuanza9102 seeds were used as experimental materials.The Aspergillus flavus infection index of peanut seeds was identified by in-vitro seed inoculation after harvesting in three en-vironments to lay a germplasm foundation for the cultivation and genetic research of new peanut varie-ties resistant to A.flavus.The results showed that most of the mutant materials,with high infection index,were moderately or highly susceptible to A.flavus infection.However,the infection index of C461(Co60 induced mutant)was lower than 15 under three environments,indicating it was a stable and high resistance material.Variance analysis showed that the infection index was significantly different a-mong environments,genotypes,and the interaction between genotypes and environments,and the heritability was 0.7051,indicating that the resistance of peanut to A.flavus infection is significantly affected by genotype and environment,and the phenotypic variation is mainly controlled by genetic factors.
