山西省区试花生品种(系)特性研究
Study on Characteristics of Peanut Varieties(Lines)in Regional Test of Shanxi Province

Abstract
Regional test is an important part of breeding work.Studying the characteristics of peanut vari-eties(lines)in regional test is helpful to carry out breeding work.A study was conducted on eight key agro-nomic traits of 15 peanut varieties(lines)participating in the regional test of Shanxi Province using descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,multiple comparisons,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and regression analysis.The tested varieties(lines)were originated from three provinces of Shanxi,Henan,and Shandong,and the nine test points were distributed in six prefecture-level cities,Xinzhou,Jinzhong,Lüliang,Changzhi,Linfen and Yuncheng of Shanxi province.The results showed that a-mong different varieties,the maximum variation was pod number per plant(38.08%),and the minimum variation was the growth period(14.42%).There were significant differences in growth period,main stem height,and 100-pod mass in different years.Correlation analysis showed that density was extremely signifi-cantly negatively correlated with the pod number per plant,the fertile branch number,and the 100-pod mass,and extremely significantly positively correlated with the height of the main stem,and significantly positively correlated with the growth period.The height of the main stem was significantly positively correlated with the total number of branches.The 100-pod mass was extremely significantly negatively correlated with the total number of branches.There was an extremely significant positive correlation between the total number of branches with the number of fertile branches and the pod number per plant.The number of fertile branches was extremely significantly positively correlated with the pod number per plant and the growth period.The number of pods per plant was significantly positively correlated with yield.The growth period was extremely significantly positively correlated with the yield.By analyzing the main agronomic traits,15 varieties(lines)were clustered into four categories,and eight indicators were transformed into four principal components through principal component analysis,representing 80.21%of the variance variation information.A regres-sion equation between peanut yield and major agronomic traits was attained.关键词
