Abstract
China's economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development.Building a green,low-carbon and clean energy system with renewable energy as the main body is an important strategic direction of China's energy development.Marine energy is an important part of China's energy security.Comprehensive development of marine energy and active explo-ration of integrated development of marine energy are important means to promote the realiza-tion of the"dual carbon"goal.At the same time,the comprehensive development of marine en-ergy will also optimize the energy structure of China's coastal provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the central government)and promote the development of related industrial chains.At present,there are still some problems and challenges in the development of integrated offshore energy in China.This paper summarizes the recent national energy related policies and the current development situation of marine energy,puts forward the thinking on the integrated development path of marine energy in combination with the hot spots in the in-dustry development,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the difficulties and diffi-culties in the development process.关键词
