双碳背景下我国海洋产业绿色发展评价分析
Evaluation and Analysis of Green Development of China's Marine Industry Under the Background of Double Carbon

Abstract
Green development of the marine industry is a necessary path to achieve high-quality development of the marine economy,and it is also an important part of implementing the strate-gy of building a strong marine country and the"Double Carbon"goals.Based on the analysis of the connotation mechanism of green development in the marine industry,the evaluation frame-work and indicator system for green development in the marine industry are constructed from four dimensions:support,growth,endogeneity and influence.With 2020 as the base period,the level of green development in China's marine industry since the 14th Five Year Plan is evalu-ated.Research shows that the level of green development of the marine industry in China has in-creased year by year in the past three years,with the green development index of the marine in-dustry in 2022 being 28.2％higher than that in 2020.Among them,the annual growth rate of growth power(34.6％)is significantly higher than the annual growth rate of marine green de-velopment(13.2％),while the annual growth rate of support power(1.1％),endogenous power(4.1％),and influence(4.6％)are all significantly lower than the annual growth rate of marine green development.Growth power plays a major supporting role in improving the level of green development of the marine industry.To accelerate the realization of the"dual carbon"goal,it is suggested to further strengthen the leading role of scientific and technological innova-tion,accelerate the transformation of new and old driving forces in the marine industry,contin-uously optimize and adjust the marine industry layout,solidify and enhance the development en-vironment and foundation of the marine industry,comprehensively improve the green develop-ment capacity of the marine industry,thereby promoting the green and high-quality development of the marine industry.关键词
