数字经济赋能海洋经济高质量发展的机制研究
Research on the Mechanism of Digital Economy Enabling High-Quality Development of Marine Economy

Abstract
The oceans are a crucial site for economic advancement in the modern era,and a ro-bust marine industry is vital for establishing a powerful maritime nation.This paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of the digital economy enabling the high-quality development of the marine economy from the perspective of five development concepts.Based on the data from 11 coastal provinces and regions in China from 2013 to 2020,the PLS-SEM model is used to empir-ically test the influence mechanism of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the marine economy.The results indicate that the digital economy has made a substantial contri-bution to the high-quality growth of the marine sector.Furthermore,the study of the impact mechanism found that the digital economy plays a significant role in the two dimensions of inno-vation and openness,but there is still much room for improvement in the promotion of the two dimensions of coordination and green.Analysis of the sub-indicators shows that marine science and technology innovation,the proportion of value added of the marine services sector,the area of marine wetlands,imports and exports of goods,disposable income of the population,and digital indus-trial change play an important role in this promotion.Proposals are suggested to accelerate the con-struction of marine digital infrastructure,promote the application of digital achievements in the field of marine economy,and promote the reform of digital industry to fully leverage the digital economy's benefits and advance the establishment of a robust maritime nation.关键词
