Concept of Building a Marine Ecological Bank Based on Enhancing the Value of Ecological Services:Taking the Yellow Sea and Bo Hai as an Example

Abstract
In order to promote the protection of marine ecological service functions and achieve market-oriented transformation of ecological value,this article combines the operating principle of natural resources ecological banks,analyzes the internal correlation mechanism between eco-logical banks and marine ecological value,and uses SWOT method to deeply analyze the advan-tages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of building marine ecological banks in the Yellow Sea and Bo Hai regions,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The research re-sults indicate that:(1)The operation of ecological banks helps to improve the order of marine ecological resource management and promotes the value enhancement of marine ecological serv-ices;(2)The coastal provinces and cities in the Yellow Sea and Bo Hai regions have abundant marine resources,active marine development activities,and a good basic environment,which is conducive to the exploration and innovation of marine ecological banking models.However,there are still certain constraints and challenges in policy,management,and market aspects;(3)Various regions in the Yellow Sea and Bo Hai should start with policy guidance,sound man-agement,and innovative models,fully utilize the advantages of regional marine resources,and build a new mechanism of marine ecological banks,providing a management paradigm for the development and utilization of marine resources and the protection of marine ecological service values in coastal areas across the country.关键词
