Abstract
Under the conditions of sediment scale samples,sulfate reducing bacteria,H2S,and CO2 coexisting in the formation of a certain offshore oilfield,corrosion tests and electrochemical testing methods were used to observe the macroscopic morphology,pitting morphology,and corrosion rate of the water injection pipe column.Antibacterial steel,3Cr,5Cr,9Cr,13Cr,and N80 pipes were com-pared for corrosion resistance evaluation,and the combined pipes formed by them and N80 were studied.The results show that N80,antibacterial steel,3Cr,5Cr,and 9Cr all undergo corrosion,e-ven pitting corrosion,in both liquid and scale phases,and the pitting corrosion is more severe under scale than in liquid phase,while 13Cr has no pitting corrosion and has good corrosion resistance.Sec-ondly,when N80 is combined with antibacterial steel,3Cr,5Cr,9Cr,and 13Cr to form composite pipes,galvanic corrosion occurs,which intensifies the corrosion of anode N80 and alleviates the corro-sion degree of cathode corrosion-resistant pipes.Moreover,the corrosion resistance of composite pipes and individual pipes in descending order is 13Cr,9Cr,5Cr,3Cr,and antibacterial steel.Finally,con-sidering the corrosion resistance and economy of the pipes,it is recommended to replace the pipes in locally complex working conditions with 13Cr on the basis of the N80 water injection pipe.关键词
