药对白芍-当归的免疫调节功能及其对类风湿的缓解
Immune-modulatory functions and alleviating effects of the drug-pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis on rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract
In this study,a collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)rat model was established and the peripher-al blood lymphocytes were detected.The levels of Dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅰ(DPPⅠ),Glutathione(GSH)and NO in spinal cord and thymus,spleen,serum and synovium membrane of rats were determined,and the regulatory effects of the drug-pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis on CIA-in-duced immune-disorders in rats were investigated.The results showed that the drug-pair Radix Paeon-iae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis restored the immune cell ratio of CIA rats,reversed the activation and proliferation of immune cells induced by CIA,and decreased the contents of DPPⅠ and NO and the increased level of GSH,which were induced by CIA.This study provides an experimental basis for the immune-pharmacological mechanism of the drug-pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from the molecular level and the animal level.关键词
