语音外呼技术在气象预警服务系统中的应用
Application of voice outbound technology in fine weather warning services
摘要
Abstract
Meteorological warning can provide early warnings and prevent disasters.Timely dissemi-nation of weather warnings to people-affected populations through effective channels is a crucial step in strengthening the first line of defense against meteorological disasters.With the development of mo-bile internet,voice outbound technology has become increasingly mature and is one of the significant means of information dissemination and rapid communication.This paper explores the application of FreeSWITCH voice outbound technology in the meteorological warning system to replace the tradi-tional manual phone calls for warning notifications.It enables one-click,multi-user voice calls for warnings,providing users with more precise warning services.This approach significantly improves the efficiency of warning dissemination and has been adopted as a progressive prediction and warning service call channel in Zhejiang Province,demonstrating excellent application results.关键词
