机器人智能化焊接技术发展综述
Review of the development of robot intelligent welding technology
摘要
Abstract
Currently,the welding production of medium and thick-walled pressure pipelines,steel structures,large cylinders,and others is confronted with practical issues such as high experience requirements,intense labor,and difficult quality control under fully manual or robot teaching circumstances.There is an urgent need to promote and apply intelligent robot welding technology to achieve the"machine replacing human"scenario.Discusses the current development status of related technologies from the aspects of intelligent perception and detection,path and process planning,intelligent control of the welding process,digital twin and virtual reality,human-machine collaboration,and bionic robots.In combination with the research experience of China Construction Industrial &Energy Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.and China State Construction Engineering Corp.,Ltd.in robot automated welding technology in recent years,it mainly introduces the technical breakthroughs and typical application achievements of intelligent robot welding technology in petrochemical process pipelines and steel structures.关键词
