摘要

Abstract

By analyzing the purity of welding protection gas for aluminum bronze overlay welding parts,testing the bonding force between the overlay layer and the substrate,conducting macroscopic and microscopic metallographic analysis of the cross-section of the overlay layer,observing the SEM morphology of the fusion line of the cross-section of the overlay layer,and analyzing the EDS composition,the main causes of the quality problem in aluminum bronze overlay welding of the sealing ring guide surface of the suction ball valve were determined,and improvement process measures were formulated and verified.By improving the purity of welding protection gas,the problem of point defects exposed during surface inspection of aluminum bronze overlay after processing has been greatly improved.By developing a PJ-TIG plasma flow high-efficiency tungsten inert gas arc welding special machine for the application of helium argon mixed protective gas,the aluminum bronze overlay welding layer with transition layer welding and pulse MIG robot cover welding process has been processed,which basically eliminates the separation of the overlay layer and the substrate,i.e."delamination".The adoption of the above measures has significantly improved the quality of aluminum bronze overlay welding on the sealing ring guide surface of ball valves.In addition,the welding of copper and copper alloys is harmful to the human body.Through the application of pulse MIG welding robot workstations and PJ-TIG plasma flow high-efficiency tungsten inert gas arc welding special machines,aluminum bronze automatic surfacing can be achieved,replacing manual operations,improving the working conditions of welders,and reducing the risk of occupational diseases.
