Effect of laser quenching on the corrosion properties of Ti6Al4V-Cu alloy prepared by wire powder synergistic arc additive manufacturing
摘要
Abstract
As a means of surface strengthening,laser quenching technology has been widely used in improving the strength and corrosion resistance of metal materials.In order to study the effect of laser quenching on the microstructure and properties of titanium-copper alloys,Ti6Al4V-Cu alloys with different Cu contents(2.4%and 7.9%)were prepared by a new wire powder synergistic arc additive manufacturing technology,and then the alloys were laser surface quenched.The results show that with the increase of copper content,the basket-like structure becomes more refined.After laser quenching,a hardened layer containing α-Ti fine equiaxed crystals appears,forming a fine martensitic structure and a stable dense passivation film,which effectively prevents the corrosive medium from penetrating into the alloy and significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy.关键词
