Abstract
In this paper,the changes of the structure and properties of the spinning titanium cylinder were studied by keeping the titanium cylinders at 510℃,520 ℃,530 ℃ and 540℃ for the same time.The results show that the grain size grade and conductivity of the titanium cylinder increased first and then decreased with the increase of the temperature.At 520℃,the grain size grade reached the highest grade 12 and the conductivity reached 3.44%I ACS.The hardness and tensile strength of titanium cylinder decreased with the increase of annealing temperature,the hardness decreased from 191HV in spinning state to 134HV at 540 ℃,and the tensile strength gradually decreased from 434MPa in spinning state to 296MPa,the elongation increased from 24.3%to 44.3%.关键词
