ME/β-环糊精包合物的制备及其对橘小实蝇雄虫的诱集作用
Preparation of ME/β-cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex and Its Attraction on Male Bactrocera dorsalis

Abstract
In this study,methyl eugenol(ME)/β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex were prepared by using β-cyclodextrin as a slow-release material,FTIR and TG were used to characterize the inclusion complex,and the attraction and duration of the inclusion complex on sexually mature male Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)were determined.The results showed that the inclusion rate of ME/β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was 42.78%,and the yield was 89.11%,while the characterization measurements further proved the formation of the inclusion complex.In the determination of the duration,the action time of the solid inclusion complex on the male B.dorsalis was 54 d,and the action time of the same dose of liquid ME was 30 d.The duration of the inclusion complex was 24 d longer than that of the liquid ME.This study shows that the method of embedding ME with β-cy-clodextrin is feasible,and can improve the duration of the attraction on male B.dorsalis.The study can provide a reference for subsequent field experiments and the development of slow-release attractants for B.dorsalis.关键词
