摘要

Abstract

The accumulation of autotoxic substances in soil is a significant factor contributing to continuous cropping obstacles.These substances mainly originate from plant root exudates,decomposition of residues,volatilization and leaching processes.They encompass phenolic compounds,terpenoids and nitrogen-containing compounds.These substances adversely affect crop growth by inhibiting plant enzyme activity,disrupting cell membrane structures,reducing photosynthesis efficiency,and interfering with mineral nutrient absorption.Additionally,autotoxic substances alter soil physicochemical properties and microbial community structures,promoting the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms and exacerbating ecological imbalances.This review summarizes the primary sources and types of autotoxic substances,systematically organizes recent advancements in biological degradation methods for these substances,and elucidates their key molecular mechanisms,providing theoretical foundations and new research perspectives for addressing continuous cropping obstacles using green resources.
