新质生产力何以赋能共同富裕
How New Quality Productive Forces Enable Common Prosperity Based on β-Convergence Model

Abstract
Based on panel data from 31 provinces in China during 2009～2022,this paper constructs a measurement framework and driving mechanism model for common prosperity and conducts an in-depth analysis of the impact of new quality productive forces on common prosperity.The results show that:(1)During 2009～2022,China has exhibited an optimized convergence trend in the three major dimensions of common prosperity as well as at the overall level,accelerating its progress towards common prosperity.(2)New quality productive forces have different impacts on the three major dimensions,which promote prosperity in terms of development but don’t converge,inhibit prosperity in terms of sharing but also don’t converge and promote prosperity and converge in terms of sustainability.(3)From a regional perspective,the impact of new quality productive forces vary significantly.The western region leads in convergence,achieving balanced common prosperity,while the eastern and central regions,although driven by quality productive forces,do not show a convergence trend,instead exhibiting polarization.Based on these findings,this paper proposes the following recommendations including strengthening the radiation effect of quality productive forces,enhancing their enabling effects,strengthening advantages,spatially differentiated growth of new quality productive forces.关键词
