Discipline construction pathways for high-quality development of public hospitals:experience and insights from pilot hospitals
摘要
Abstract
As the cornerstone of hospital development,the construction level of discipline directly affects the overall strength of hospital.In this paper,we review the experience of discipline construction in 14 pilot hospitals of high-quality development in China and find the advantages of all pilot hospitals,such as paying attention to clearly positioning the direction of discipline development,giving full play to the leading role of superior disciplines to implement of stratified and classified management,building a compact discipline group with disease as the core,strengthening interdisciplinary integration and development,innovating the discipline management mode,and promoting the construction of classified assessment and accurate guidance of discipline construction.Drawing on the experience of discipline construction in pilot hospitals,public hospitals in China can achieve high-quality development of disciplines by discipline development planning,carrying out accurate portraits of disciplines,attaching importance to collaborative innovation of disciplines,giving play to the role of team talents,and improving lean management level.关键词
