TPEI模式在孤独症谱系障碍儿童融合教育中应用效果研究
Study on application effect of TPEI model in integrated education of children with autism spectrum disorder

Abstract
Objective To explore the intervention effect of the therapist-supported parents involved early intervention(TPEI)model on preschool children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)in an integrated education setting.Methods A total of 57 children,aged 3-6 years diagnosed with ASD were enrolled and divided into the TPEI group(n=29)and the control group(n=28).The children in the control group received routine training.The children in the TPEI group received routine training and TPEI model training programs,including a kindergarten adaptive group integration course and parent education for kindergarten adaptation.The ASD children's symptoms were evaluated by using autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC)and aberrant behavior checklist(ABC)before and 6 months after intervention.Results After intervention,the ATEC scores of the TPEI group were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),while the scores of all other items except behavior were significantly lower than those before intervention in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all ABC items in the TPEI group were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),while the scores of all other items in the conventional group were significantly lower than those before intervention,except for emotional instability and hyperactivity(P<0.05).The scores of ATEC and ABC in the TPEI group were significantly better than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The TPEI model can effectively alleviate core symptoms and problem behaviors in children with ASD,supporting its use in integrated education programs.关键词
