学龄前期儿童高敏偏颇体质的影响因素及非健康倾向研究
Study on influencing factors and non-health tendencies of highly sensitive and biased constitution in preschool children

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors and non-healthy tendencies of highly sensitive constitution in preschool children.Methods A total of 16 583 children aged 2-6 years in kindergartens in Henan Province were selected as the research subjects,and their highly sensitive constitution was screened by using the highly sensitive constitution screening questionnaire,family version.At last,15 598 children were included in the analysis to calculate the incidence of highly sensitive constitution.Logistic stepwise regression analysis was conducted to identify the risk factors and non-healthy tendencies of highly sensitive and biased constitution.Results Through questionnaire evaluation,1 435 children with highly sensitive and biased constitution were detected,accounting for 9.20%.The frequency of common symptoms of highly sensitive constitution was relatively high.There were significant differences in questionnaire scores across genders and age groups(P<0.05).Age,parental allergy history,repeated use of antibiotics,history of asthma,cesarean section,allergy history,and feeding method were all influencing factors of highly sensitive and biased constitution(P<0.05).The non-healthy tendencies of highly sensitive and biased constitution included recurrent eczema,recurrent urticaria,nasal congestion,susceptibility to colds,skin itching,susceptibility to coughing,eye itching,rhinitis,susceptibility to nasal itching,throat clearing,dry stools,and susceptibility to otitis media(P<0.05).Conclusion Preschool children with highly sensitive and biased constitution have obvious clinical symptoms and behavioral manifestations.Factors such as children's age and parents'allergy history can affect their highly sensitive and biased constitution.Conditions such as recurrent eczema and recurrent urticaria are non-healthy tendencies of highly sensitive and biased constitution.关键词
