柳州市婴幼儿语言发育现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of current status and influencing factors for language development in infants and children in Liuzhou City

Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of language development in infants and children in Liuzhou City,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using the random cluster sampling method,a survey was conducted on infants and children aged 1-3 years in 6 community health service centers in 3 urban areas of Liuzhou City.The early language development progress scale for infants and children was used to evaluate language development,and relevant influencing factors were obtained through a self-made questionnaire.Results The detection rate of language development abnormalities in Liuzhou City was 25.2%,with 2 147 children participating in the survey.The results of multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that being in a single-parent or reconstituted family(OR=0.345),gestational age less than 37 weeks(OR=0.671),and less than 12 h of sleep per day(OR=0.642)were risk factors for language development in infants and children.Maternal education level of middle or high school(OR=1.487)and children having no screen time(OR=1.763)were protective factors for language development in infants and children.Conclusion The detection rate of language development abnormalities in infants and children in Liuzhou City is at a relatively high level.It is recommended to screen the language development of infants and children at an early stage,and promptly carry out comprehensive interventions targeting the main influencing factors after discovering problems,in order to promote the language development of infants and children.关键词
