PET纤维/棕榈油基聚氨酯复合防水卷材的制备与性能
Preparation and Properties of Recycled PET Fibers/Palm Oil-based Polyurethane Composite Waterproofing Membranes

Abstract
Bio-based thermoplastic polyurethane(POEA-HDI)adhesives were prepared from diethanolamide(POEA),1,4-butanediol(BDO)and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)derived from woody palm oil.Then,PET fiber/palm oil-based polyurethane self-adhesive waterproofing membrane(POEA-PET)was prepared by compression molding technology with industrial waste polyethylene terephthalate(PET)fiber-mats as reinforcing material.The viscosity of POEA-HDI and the mechanical properties,aging behavior and impermeability of POEA-PET were analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),electronic viscometer,universal testing machine and water impermeability tester.The results showed that the viscosity of POEA-HDI adhesive was about 30 mPa·s at room temperature.The optimal processing temperature for POEA-PET membranes was 140 ℃.Among them,the properties of POEA-PET 0.5 and POEA-PET 1 all met the standards described in the national standard GB/T 35467-2017 for Class H and E wet-laid waterproofing membranes,respectively.The maximum tensile forces of the membrane were 6.32 N/mm and 7.06 N/mm,the elongations at the maximum tensile force were 102%and 88%,the tear resistances were 100 N and 124 N,the seam peel strengths of the membrane were 1.10 N/mm and 1.06 N/mm,and the membrane/cement peel strengths were 2.36 N/mm and 1.74 N/mm,respectively.关键词
