木质素基胶黏剂结构调控与界面化学键合协同增强木材胶合性能
Synergistic Enhancement of Wood Bonding Performance by Structural Regulation of Lignin Adhesives and Interfacial Chemical Bonding

Abstract
Erythritol,xylitol,sorbitol,and alkali lignin were used as raw materials to make aminated polyols(AE,AX,AS)and epoxy lignin(EL)by amination and epoxidation,respectively.Then,lignin adhesives were prepared by the reaction of amino groups and epoxy groups.At the same time,epoxy-based activated wood surface was also prepared by modification of natural wood with KH-560 silane coupling agent.The adhesive and activated wood were analyzed and characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic carbon spectroscopy(13C NMR),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The effects of the proportion of adhesive component,hot pressing temperature,and degree of branching on the bonding properties of the prepared plywood were investigated.The results showed that the optimal process conditions of gluing specimens were as follows:2AS-1EL as adhesive,activated wood as substrate,hot pressing at 120 ℃ for 5 min under 1.5 MPa pressure.The dry strength,hot water strength,and boiling water strength of the gluing specimens under this condition were 2.92,1.54,and 1.29 MPa,respectively.Compared with the gluing specimens prepared from natural wood,it increased by 43.8%,136.9%,and 111.5%,respectively.The lignin adhesives showed good thermal stability in the hot pressing temperature range of 120-160 ℃.关键词
