植物韧皮纤维生物制浆的可行性及浆的性能
Feasibility and Properties of Bio-pulping of Plant Bast Fiber

Abstract
This study explored the feasibility of biopulping from the bast of four different plants(Edgeworthia chrysantha Lindl.,Broussonetia papyrifera(L.)L'Hér.ex Vent.,Wikstroemia pilosa W.C.Cheng,and Broussonetia monoica Hance)and the fiber characteristics of the resulting pulp.The bast was enzymatically treated with pectinase,lipase,and xylanase,and the key indexes,such as pulping yield,fiber morphology,and mechanical properties of bark pulping were systematically evaluated.The results showed that the four kinds of barks could be successfully separated into fibers through bio-pulping,with a pulping yield of 55%to 70%.Among them,the average fiber length of W.pilosa pulp was the highest(4.153 mm),and the aspect ratio reached 317.02,which had excellent mechanical properties.The nanoindentation showed that the fiber with thick cell wall had higher hardness and Young's modulus,where the skin modulus of B.papyrifera pulp reached 4.11 GPa and the hardness reached 201.73 MPa.Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the surface of biopulp was rich in oxygen-containing functional groups,which was conducive to paper forming and bonding.The papermaking performance test showed that the whiteness of W.pilosa paper with a grammage of 30 g/m2 was higher(56.68%),and its tensile index(49.00 N·m/g)and tear index(12.13 mN·m2/g)were better than other bast pulps.The folding endurance of W.pilosa paper with a grammage of 60 g/m2 was 2.83.关键词
