Abstract
In an effort to cultivate on-site engineers,Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College has clarified the construction goals,formulated a coordinated operation and management mechanism among the government,schools,industries,and enterprises,and established a talent training model of"standard guidance,work and learning alternation,and step-by-step progression"and a"dual integration and collaborative progress"education mechanism.It has practiced and innovated the talent training model,and formed a high-quality on-site engineer training system.关键词
