Construction of the Training System of Highly Skilled Talents under the Background of"Four New Trends"
摘要
Abstract
Highly skilled talents are the main force for China to become a manufacturing power.Vocational colleges need to constantly improve the training system of highly skilled talents in the training process.Taking ship engineering technology of shipbuilding majors as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of highly skilled talents under the background of new technologies,new industries,new business forms and new models,analyzes the current situation of professional development and the bottleneck of talent training,builds a training system of highly skilled talents for ship engineering majors,and takes multiple measures in parallel to improve the training quality of ship engineering technology professionals.关键词
