Innovation and Practice of Talent Cultivation Mode for Health Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
The social demand for health services is increasing.As important bases for talent cultivation,higher vocational colleges bear significant social responsibilities.To address the urgent market demand for health service professionals,higher vocational colleges should actively change the working thought,reform traditional talent cultivation mode and lay a solid foundation for students' all-round development through continuous innovation.This paper analyzes the necessity of innovating talent cultivation mode for health management major and proposes measures to cultivate more compound talents for social development,enabling students to realize their self-worth in society.关键词
