高职院校学生管理体系构建的实践与探索
Practice and Exploration on the Construction of Student Management System in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Student management in higher vocational colleges is confronted with new problems such as the diversification of student groups,the complexity of management demands,and the impact of information technology.Based on theories such as systems theory,humanism and informatization,the paper constructs the methodology,proposes a set of scientific,efficient and dynamic student management system and implementation path,and proposes optimization strategies for student management work from management concepts,management systems,informatization construction and evaluation system,thereby promoting and shaping the new paradigm and situation of student management in higher vocational colleges.关键词
