高职院校教师数字素养培育体系的构建
The Construction of the Digital Literacy Cultivation System for Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
As the backbone of education,the level of digital literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges directly affects the quality and effect of teaching.Based on the introduction of the connotation and core elements of digital literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper summarizes the current situation of digital literacy of teachers and proposes strategies to establish the digital literacy cultivation system in the context of digital age.The strategies include clarifying the cultivation goals of digital literacy;exploring the digital literacy training model;building a digital practice platform;promoting the in-depth integration of scientific research and teaching;improving the digital literacy evaluation system and incentive mechanism.关键词
