摘要

Abstract

Aimed at the issues of poor mechanical property for electrospun nanofibrous biomaterials,the main factors that affected the mechanical property of electrospun nanofibrous biomaterials were discussed.The methods to improve the mechanical property and the latest research progress were focused on the reviewing.Current issues were analyzed,and future development trend were outlooked.The mechanical property of fibrous materials were significantly influenced by the viscosity of high-molecular polymer solution,electrospinning voltage,environmental temperature and humidity and so on.By optimizing electrospinning parameters,adopting multi layer composite structure for reinforcement,utilizing inorganic nano-particles and performing blending electrospinning of multi-componments for high-molecular polymer,electrospinning fibrous materials were finished with heat finishing,heat drawing,solvent treatment and so on,and the mechanical property of electrospun nanofibrous materials could be improved.It is considered that the control of mechanical property for electrospun nanofibrous materials is complicated.It is related to several links like the material selection,spinning process,finishing and so on.Overall study is needed to develop more effective and environmental protecting manufacture technology.Meanwhile,the mechanism to strengthen mechanical property of materials should be deeply explored to achieve wide application of high strength electrospun nanofibrous material in the biomedical textiles field.
