抗菌型聚酰亚胺复合防护材料制备及性能研究
Preparation and performance study of antibacterial polyimide composite protective material

Abstract
To address the issues of resource waste and insufficient comfort property caused by the use of disposable medical protective suits,a sandwich structure composite medical protective material PI/Zn@NS was prepared by zinc plating the PI nanofiber membrane with excellent thermal stability based on magnetron sputtering technology and then composited with polyester cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric(NS).The morphology of the PI/Zn nanofiber membrane after sputtering,the antibacterial performance,and the filtration,water resistance,moisture permeability,air permeability,thermal stability,stress-strain,and composite strength of the PI/Zn@NS composite protective material were tested and characterized.The results showed that sputtering Zn target could significantly improve the antibacterial performance of PI nanofiber membrane.The filtration efficiency of the prepared PI/Zn@NS composite materials was higher,with excellent air permeability,water resistance,and tensile mechanical property.At the same time,it had excellent antibacterial property against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,high thermal stability and composite strength,and could withstand high-temperature disinfection treatment and be reused.关键词
