Iteration mechanic and 3D model for woven fabric geometric structure
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at the problem of inaccurate calculation of geometric structure of the woven fabric with arbitrary weave,the yarn segment represented by interlacing points in the weave pattern was simplified as a segment of spring with flexible sliding sleeves.The whole yarn was simplified as a series of springs.Utilizing the sleeves sliding along the yarn path,the stress state of each interlacing point was calculated dynamically.According to the principle of interweaving,the initial position of each interlacing point and the length of each yarn spring segment was calculated,and the stress state of each interlacing point was analyzed.A progressive iterative algorithm for the geometric structure calculation of woven fabrics was designed,and the geometric structure features and appearance of various woven fabrics were displayed by 3D visualization technology.The results showed that the numerical results were in agreement with the formation mechanism of woven fabric geometry,and had wide applicability for accurate simulation of woven fabric appearance and structure of various structures.The algorithm proposed in this study could output the fabric geometry with standard IGES format 3D file,which provided a possibility for the wide application of the iterative calculation model.关键词
